1. The product

A11y Delivery Report Copilot is a Chrome extension that scans a single web page for a subset of WCAG 2.2 accessibility issues and helps you produce an internal fix list and a client report. It runs locally in your browser.

2. Licence grant

A purchased licence is perpetual for the major version you bought, for up to three devices used by you or your organisation, and includes:

  • 12 months of updates (new versions released within 12 months of purchase),
  • 12 months of standard email support,
  • the right to use the reports you generate commercially, including delivering them to your

own clients under your own branding.

It does not include: reselling or redistributing the extension, sharing licence keys outside your organisation, or use in a product that competes with it.

3. No compliance guarantee

Automated testing reliably detects only a portion of accessibility requirements. The extension is a productivity tool, not a certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of compliance with the ADA, EAA, Section 508, WCAG or any other standard. You remain responsible for the accessibility of the sites you audit, including manual testing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the extension to: scan sites you are not authorised to inspect; bypass access controls, paywalls or authentication; attack or overload a site; or misrepresent automated output as a completed accessibility audit.

5. Third-party sites

The extension reads the rendered page you open. We do not control those pages, their availability, or their structure; findings may change or fail if a site changes. We do not promise compatibility with any specific website.

6. Payment, tax and refunds

Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

7. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death, personal injury, or gross negligence).

8. Support and changes

Support: [SUPPORT EMAIL — PENDING], answered within 2 business days on average. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published with the current release. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

[JURISDICTION — PENDING], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
